Pegacorn with Face Hat?

I haven't tried anything with ballpoint pens yet, so I did. I probably bombed the shading and anatomy on the horse, but the wings were fun.
I don't know what's with the thing on its head. It was supposed to end up looking like a dragon for some reason, but I can't remember. XD
