I am Guardian, dark but free
Floating in the silence
Millenia have passed in space
Serenity still reigns.

In my eyes a thousand suns,
Burning without fear
In my heart the thundering hooves
Of a thousand wild horses.

My wings span night and day and time
Cobalt, steel, and ebony, of
Crimson passion and golden fire
In rising fearless pride.

My Guarded calls, I stoop from clouds
Beyond the eye of man.
Iron talons pierce the soul
Of my Guarded's evil foe.

Shadowshift they know me not
That dark side deep within
The source of vicious anger fell
Like thunder-gods enraged.

A falcon's cry, a lion's roar
Tear the shroud of night
And sends the coward enemy
In panicked, fearful flight...
